If you see something that you would like with a different stone on a different chain I can do a custom order! as long as I have the materials. Send me a personal message so I can make sure I have the items in.
Note: All Gemstones differ slightly in color and in size, makes no two stones exactly alike.
I carry a wide variety of materials so check each individual listing for the type of material and chain used. If you have any further questions please send me a message and I will go into further detail on what metals are in the jewelry and chain. I have both plated chains and filled chains.

I take metal allergies seriously, so I am as transparent about the materials I use on each listing as I can be.
I work with so many different materials because I can't stick to just one!
Due to having such tiny dainty chains, the necklaces can break if handled too harshly. If your necklace breaks due to this I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will fix your necklace if you pay for the shipping costs to and from as well as a $4.00 fixing fee. If this happens please let me know and we can arrange shipment back to me to fix.
-Most items in my shop are already pre-made so I will get Items shipped out within 24 hours of delivery (that does not include weekends and holidays).
-The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses, or customs problems are uncontrollable by the seller, they are not the responsibility of the seller, thanks for your understanding.
- If something is damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on my part, please contact me as well, I will be more than happy to issue a resend, or refund.

- The color difference- I take pictures in natural light and try to get the best representation of the color. Sometimes color can be slightly different in real life versus a photograph.
-Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before ordering. (please pay attention while you are purchasing)
-Metal allergies- I work with a wide range of materials and have material descriptions with every listing.
- No returns If it has been longer than 30 days after delivery of the item.
-Item breaks due to wear or harsh treatment. No matter how well jewelry is made it can break if it is pulled hard enough.
I do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged. If they do arrive damaged please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the damage.
Since Earrings go into the earlobe and can possibly come in contact with blood, I can't resell them for health reasons.
